At Life Travels, we understand that plans can change, and sometimes you may need to cancel or modify your travel arrangements. We have developed a comprehensive cancellation policy to ensure a fair and transparent process for our valued customers. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our cancellation policy outlined below:
Cancellation Fees:
- Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the departure date will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the total package cost.
- Cancellations made between 15 to 30 days prior to the departure date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total package cost.
- Cancellations made between 7 to 14 days prior to the departure date will incur a cancellation fee of 75% of the total package cost. Cancellations made within 7 days of the departure date will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total package cost.
- Above Policy Is Not Valid for Non refundable Bookings
Cancellation Process:
- To cancel your booking, please contact our customer service team at least 48 hours before the departure date. Cancellation requests made by email or through our website will be accepted and processed during our regular business hours only.
Refund Policy:
- Refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days after receiving the cancellation request. The refund amount will be calculated based on the cancellation fees mentioned above. In case of cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, or any other force majeure events, we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis and provide the best possible solution.
Non-Refundable Services:
- Some services, such as flight tickets, train tickets, visa fees, and non-refundable hotel bookings, may be subject to separate cancellation policies imposed by airlines, railways, or hotels. Please note that these services may not be refundable or may have different cancellation fees.
Modification Policy:
- Requests for modifications to your travel arrangements, such as changes in travel dates or destinations, will be treated as cancellation and rebooking, subject to the applicable cancellation fees.
- We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect yourself against unforeseen circumstances that may lead to cancellations or disruptions in your travel plans. While we strive to provide the best possible service and flexibility, please understand that certain costs and commitments are involved in planning and arranging your travel arrangements. Our cancellation policy ensures that we can continue to offer competitive prices while maintaining the quality of our services.
