Services Offered Life Travels is a travel company in India that provides Inbound & Outbound tour packages.
Our services include booking flights, hotels, vehicles for sightseeing, and arranging meals during the tour
operations.
Booking and Payments 2.1. To avail of our services, you must make a booking through our website or contact
our customer service team. All bookings are subject to availability. 2.2. Payments for services should be
made in advance as per the terms mentioned during the booking process. Failure to make payment within the
specified time may result in the cancellation of your booking. 2.3. All prices mentioned on our website are
in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Any
additional charges or taxes will be communicated to you during the booking process.
Cancellation Policy 3.1. If you wish to cancel any service mentioned above, you must notify us in writing or
through our customer service team. The cancellation will be effective from the date we receive your written
notification. 3.2. Cancellation charges varies as per the service you opt for to cancel.
Refunds 4.1. In case of cancellation and eligible for a refund, the refund amount will be processed within
7-10 working days from the date of cancellation. 4.2. Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment
used during the booking process. 4.3. Any bank charges or transaction fees incurred during the refund
process will be deducted from the refund amount. 4.4 For Airlines In cases of Full Or Partial Refunds Agency
Has A Right To Deduct A Service Fee Of 500 INR
Per Passenger Per Sector For Domestic Flights & 1500 INR for International Flights. 4.5 For Railways In
cases of Full Or Partial Refunds Agency Has A Right To Deduct A Service Fee Of 250 INR
Per Passenger Per Sector. 4.6 For Hotels In cases of Full Or Partial Refunds Agency Has A Right To Deduct A
Service Fee Of 500 INR Per
Night. 4.7 For Other Services Agency Reserves the right to charge service fee from clients upto 25000 INR

Limitation of Liability 5.1. Life Travels shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience
caused during the tour operations, including but not limited to flight delays, hotel issues, vehicle
breakdowns, or any other unforeseen circumstances. 5.2. It is recommended that you obtain travel insurance
to protect yourself against any unforeseen events or circumstances.
Intellectual Property 6.1. All content and materials on our website, including text, images, logos, and
trademarks, are the property of Life Travels or its licensors and are protected by copyright laws. 6.2. You
are not allowed to reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from our website without prior written
permission from Life Travels.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction 7.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in
accordance with the laws of India. 7.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and
conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
